To be eligible for a return:

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Used, worn, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Refund will be processed only after product inspection.

If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for size-related issues (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
