1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Used, worn, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Beauty & Personal Care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Imitation Jewellery

  • Sunglasses

  • Accessories

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Customized or special order products


3. Return Process

4. Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed only after product inspection.

  • If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for size-related issues (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Aveeba reserves the right to refuse return or refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
